Overview

What is a company headshot program?

A company program is an ongoing agreement where one photographer documents a style guide for your organization. We come back on a recurring schedule to photograph new hires in the exact same style.

It's built for companies with 50+ employees and constant onboarding, not one-off team sessions. SHRM on managing your employer brand frames the talent-attraction case for visual consistency at scale.

For one-time sessions under 50 people, see team headshots or corporate headshots instead.

What's Different

How we hold consistency across hundreds of employees

We document a style guide on the first shoot. Every visit afterward rebuilds the same setup.

Backdrop hex value

One backdrop used for every company photograph, recorded by name and hex. New hires match years later.

Lighting ratio and direction

Joshua locks in key-to-fill, the angle of the main light, and background exposure. The numbers go in the style guide.

Crop and framing

Chest up, shoulders square, eye line at upper third. Every photograph uses the same crop so the team grid reads as a set.

Retouching standard

Skin smoothing level, color grading, background cleanup, defined once and applied to every image going forward.

Brand matching

If your company has a defined color palette or existing team photos, we align during onboarding. Your CFO photographed in January and a coordinator hired in October look shot the same day.
What's Different

How often we come back for new-hire shoots

Most programs run quarterly. The cadence is flexible and adjusts to your hiring pace.

Quarterly

Four sessions a year, each a half-day photographing 5 to 30 new employees. Fits most 50 to 200 person companies.

Monthly

For fast-growing companies hiring 10+ per month, a monthly half-day works better than letting new hires pile up.

On-demand

For smaller retainers, we schedule whenever HR has enough new employees to fill a session. Minimum 5 per visit.

Executive refreshes

Most companies layer an annual senior-leadership refresh on top of the new-hire cadence.

What's Different

Why Fort Myers companies trust us for long-term programs

Joshua Albanese founded a top-10 US headshot studio in Chicago in 2007. Over 18 years and 15,000+ sessions, recurring multi-year programs became the specialty.

Written style guide, not verbal memory

Lighting ratios, backdrop hex, lens, crop, and retouching specs are documented during the first shoot. Rebuilt every visit.

HR doesn't manage the photography

When the HR director who set up the program leaves, nothing breaks. The style guide lives on our side. A new lead picks up with one onboarding call.

Cadence that matches your hiring pace

Quarterly for steady-state. Monthly for fast-growth. On-demand for irregular onboarding. Adjusts as you grow from 50 to 300 employees.
What's Different

Can you cover multiple office locations?

Yes. Multi-location coordination is part of why a company program exists. We travel across SWFL at no extra cost within 45 miles of the Fort Myers studio. Further locations get a flat travel add-on.

Same style, every office

Each location uses the same backdrop, lighting, and retouching. An employee in Cape Coral matches one in Naples.

Sequential scheduling

We block 2 to 3 days in a row and visit each location once. HR at each office runs their own sign-up.

Remote new hires

Out-of-state staff travel to our Fort Myers studio for a makeup session. Or we schedule a regional pop-up for clusters.
Transparent Pricing

How much does a company headshot program cost?

Programs are retainer-based and custom-quoted by headcount, cadence, and number of locations. There's no off-the-shelf package. A 60-person Fort Myers company has different needs than a 250-person organization across three cities.

Example starting point

A quarterly onboarding program covers up to 30 new employees per year at a single Fort Myers location. From $6,000 per year. Includes four half-day onsite visits, style-guide documentation, retouching on every image, and a dedicated scheduling contact.

Larger programs

Companies with 100+ employees and monthly shoots are quoted per engagement. The more predictable the cadence, the better the per-person rate.

Initial roster shoot

Most programs start with a full-company shoot to photograph the existing team, then shift into the ongoing cadence. Quoted separately using our group rates: from $4,000 for 20 to 49 employees, custom for 50+. View group headshot rates.

Multi-location add-on

Offices outside the 45-mile radius from our Fort Myers studio get a flat travel add-on. Quoted at contract setup.
All retainers include style-guide documentation, professional retouching on every selected image, and 48 to 72 hour standard delivery. Pricing is locked in for the contract term. No surprise fees.

About 50 employees, or a smaller company with aggressive hiring plans. Below that headcount, one-off team headshots or corporate headshots usually cost less. Less than a retainer.
The style guide. Backdrop color, lighting ratios, lens, crop, and retouching specs are documented during the first shoot and reused on every visit. Same photographer, same documented setup, same result.
Yes. Share your brand guide during onboarding and we align the backdrop color, lighting temperature, and retouching style. If your website already uses a specific color grade on photography, we replicate it.
The style guide is documented on our end, not in someone's head. A new HR lead picks up the program with one onboarding call.
Yes. Many companies layer an annual executive headshot refresh on top of the quarterly cadence.
They travel to our Fort Myers studio, or we schedule a travel visit for clusters of remote staff in one city.
48 to 72 hours for standard delivery. 24-hour rush available on request, subject to studio calendar, when a website launch or annual report needs the files faster.
Yes. The style guide can be exported and shared with internal teams or partner vendors so brand consistency holds even outside our shoots.

Start your company headshot program

If your company has outgrown one-off shoots and your team page is constantly half-updated, a retainer program helps. It fixes the root cause. One style, one photographer, every new hire on brand from day one.

Retainer programs are currently onboarding with a 3 to 4 week lead time before the first shoot.

Company Headshot Reference

Company headshot vocabulary

Concepts that frame company-wide portrait projects.

Headshot

A tightly framed portrait focused on the face, shoulders, and expression. Used for LinkedIn profiles, company about pages, press kits, and any context where a single image stands in for the person.

Glassdoor

Anonymous employer-review site where current and former employees post reviews, salary data, and interview experiences. Executive headshots on Glassdoor company pages signal company stability to job-seekers reading the reviews.

Personal branding

The deliberate shaping of how a professional presents themselves in public-facing channels. A headshot is the visual anchor of a personal brand; the same person can read confident, approachable, or commanding depending on how the portrait is shot, lit, and edited.

Color grading

The post-production step where overall color, contrast, and tone are adjusted across an image or set. Color grading keeps a series of headshots consistent so a team's portraits look like they came from the same shoot.
